Family Activities and Events This Weekend in Milwaukee (4/17 - 4/20)

 

Egg Day - Milwaukee County Zoo

Head to the Milwaukee County Zoo this Saturday for Egg Day! The event features spring-themed activities including an egg hunt, a bunny parade, photo opportunities, face painting, bingo, animal enrichment demonstrations, and more. All activities are included with zoo admission.

 

Spring Fling Egg Hunt - Discovery World

Check out the Spring Fling Egg Hunt at Discovery World this Saturday. Guests can search for eggs throughout the museum while enjoying the exhibits. The egg hunt starts at 9:00 a.m. and continues while supplies last. Purchase tickets online in advance for discounts.

 

Apple Holler Big Bunny Celebration and Easter Egg Hunt

The Apple Holler Big Bunny Celebration and Easter Egg Hunt runs now through April 19th. The event features a variety of activities, such as a bunny hop through the big bunny tunnel, storytelling, a big bunny express tractor train ride, an Easter egg hunt through the enchanted forest, and more. Every guest receives a freshly baked Easter cookie, a cup of freshly pressed apple cider, and a goodie bag. Tickets are $12.75.

 

Lights of Spring

The makers of Country Christmas at the Ingleside Hotel have introduced a new walk-through light experience called Lights of Spring. The illuminated 3/4 mile outdoor trail features animated creatures and vibrant spring displays, including Easter lights, blooming flowers, butterflies, and more. Photo opportunities and other activities will be available on select nights. Tickets are $7. The show runs through April.

Discovery World Animal Encounters

Head to Discovery World and check out Animal Encounters on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 11 a.m. Join the Guest Services team for an adventure in the Great Lakes Future exhibit and meet the animal ambassadors who call Discovery World home. Admission to Discovery World is required.
